Mexican Chili

1 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 box beef stock
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper

Brown hamburger and onion in the bottom of a large soup pot. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes. I served this with shredded cheese and sour cream on top and green onion cornbread on the side. (Just make cornbread and add diced green onions).
