Mushroom Beef Stew

1 lb beef stew meat

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can beef and mushroom soup

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 pkg dry onion soup mix

2 potatoes chopped

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies

Mix it all up and cook on low in crockpot for 8 hours.
