Easter Menu

Oh by the by I'm hosting a little Easter lunch at my house. We have to have Josh back to his mom by 4pm, so going to my parents is out (we are going up Friday instead to see them) and Jon's mom and phil are going to be out of town, so I figured I'd see what my brothers and doing and they said sure! Jon's g-ma and g-pa are now coming too and we need to see if his dad and michelle want to come. Anywho, I'm super excited b/c I've never hosted a holiday before! Here is the menu. I'm cooking for 7-9 people. Thoughts?
