Sausage Corn Chowder


1 lb sausage
1/4 onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
2 cans corn
1 can cream corn
1 can rotel
1 cup velveeta queso blanco, cubed

Fry up sausage, onions, and mushrooms.  Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.  Simmer 10 minutes, then eat!
