3-4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
dash pepper
dash salt
1/2 cup honey
chopped onion, to taste
2 tbsp veggie oil
1/4 tsp red pepper
Put it all in the crockpot and cook on low 4 hours. Serve over brown rice.
Note: Next time I am going to add broccoli for the last hour of cooking time. Nom.
