Stuffed Pepper Casserole

2 cups water
1/2 cup rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can mild rotel
1 lb sausage, cooked
1.5 tbsp Tomato paste
1.5 tbsp Worcester sauce
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
5 green peppers
1 onion chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cut off tops and deseed peppers.  Boil in salted water 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, cook sausage.  Mix all other ingredients and poor into a 9.13 inch pan.  Chop cooked peppers.  Add peppers and sausage and mix.  Bake for 45-60 minutes.
