1/2 lb sausage, browned
4 tbsp pizza sauce
2/3 cup mozz cheese
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 store bought refrigerated pie crust
Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage. Saute mushrooms and onions until tender. Roll out pie crust onto cookie sheet. Spread sauce on 1/2 of the pie crust. Top with rest of toppings. Folder over empty side of crust on top of toppings covered side. Seal the pie crust edges. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
