Parmesan and Mushroom Pasta



bow tie pasta
6 slices bacon
1/3 onion, sliced
8oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
3/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1/2 jar alfredo pasta

Cook bacon in a pan until crispy and fat is rendered.  Remove bacon.  You can add this to the pasta later, or eat it like I do. :) Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender.  Add alfredo sauce and heat through.  Boil pasta until tender.  Drain and add to the sauce.  Add parmesan cheese and toss until pasta is coated.  Eat!
