Creamy Potato Soup
30 oz frozen hashbrowns
2 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 block cream cheese
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Put potatoes, soup, broth, and seasonings in crockpot on low for 5 hours. Add cream cheese and onion and cook another 30 min. Top with shredded cheese and bacon, if desired.

Grieving Cowboy Casserole
I found this dish on pinterest and man am I glad I did! I love it and it has been put into our rotation!
1 lb hamburger
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 can rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cumin, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger with onion and spices. Add soup and rotel and heat until throughly mixed. Pour chips into an 8x8 pan. Top with meat mix, then cheese. Bake 10 minutes.

Parmesan and Mushroom Pasta
bow tie pasta
6 slices bacon
1/3 onion, sliced
8oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
3/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1/2 jar alfredo pasta
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy and fat is rendered. Remove bacon. You can add this to the pasta later, or eat it like I do. :) Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender. Add alfredo sauce and heat through. Boil pasta until tender. Drain and add to the sauce. Add parmesan cheese and toss until pasta is coated. Eat!
